Next Step strives to be ones of the best Men’s Recovery Programs in Asheville. For more than a decade, we’ve been helping men leave addiction behind for good.
Like most mental health issues, addiction is a multi-faceted problem. Co-occurring Disorders are common. Men’s issues add even more variables. At Next Step, we build a comradery in recovery that sustains success.
Compassionate Clinical Care
Next Step offers a combination of proven treatment methods. We feature a 12 Steps Program, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
Beyond that, we use Adventure Therapy to help bring the joy to the recovery process. Then, we add Yoga, Meditation, and Martial Arts to help replace old habits with healthy new ones and reconnect our men with who they are.
Community Support & Accountability
Next Step is built on a foundation of true understanding. We don’t just treat addiction, we’ve lived it. This gives us unique insights into how recovery feels from the inside out.
The men in our program form bonds of brotherhood and true friendship. More often than not, these bonds extend beyond our residents and into our staff. More than just a sober living program: we are a family.
