Next Step Recovery provides structured Intenstive Outpatient Programs 18 to 40 years of age who are recovering from substance abuse and mental health issues. Men join our program because they are committed to working on their own recovery and helping others do the same.

These 12-week Intensive Outpatient Programs are for individuals who need extra clinical support to help them successfully transition. Our IOP is open to The greater Asheville community.

All new applicants must submit and pass a background check application.

*Next Step Recovery is a MAT friendly environment that supports Sublocade,Vivitrol, and Naltrexone. We currently are a Vivitrol provider.
